With over 35 years combined experience in the hail industry, the dent factory's partners have led hail repair programs for large company's and insurance networks, supported car dealerships and panel shops, and delivered specialist projects overseas.

The dent factory is a collaboration of 3 individual dent businesses that have joined forces to create the best possible solution to speed up your repair process and make the process more efficient and stress free.

​After many years of working under large hail company's, we witnessed first hand how quality, transparency, and customer care were often compromised for speed and volume.

That's why we started The Dent Factory- A boutique dent and hail repair service built on craftsmanship, honesty, and attention to detail. our goal is simple: Restore vehicles to perfection, the way it should be done.
Paintless Dent Removal (PDR)
Paintless Dent Repair is the precision-based method of removing dents, dings and hail damage without the need for fillers, sanding or repainting.
It's a highly skilled craft that restores the original factory finish of your vehicle by massaging dents out from the inside of the panels and/or using a combination of cold and hot glue to pull dents out- keeping its value, paint, integrity and appearance intact.

What should I do if my vehicle is damaged in a hail storm?

2.Lodge a claim with your insurance company - but don't book with their their repairer yet.
3,. Contact the dent factory. We will guide you through your claim, arrange an inspection, and insure your repair is handled correctly to a high standard.

Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely! Ever repair comes with a life time craft guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle. we stand behind our craftsmanship- Your satisfaction is our priority.​​

Do I have to use the repairer my insurance company recommends?
No.. By Australian law, you have the right to choose your own repairer. Insurers may suggest preferred repairers, but the decision is entirely yours. At the Dent Factory, we work for you - insuring a personalised service.

What if my vehicle needs a replacement panel or paint work?
If a panel needs to be replaced or painted we will co-ordinate the process with our panel shop partners. The repair time with then depend on how quickly we can access your replacement parts and manage refinishing. We will always keep you updated throughout the repair process.
Will my paint or ceramic coat be affected?
No. Because PDR doesn't involve filler or repainting, We preserve your original factory finish. If however a panel does need repainting it will be under warranty. If ceramic coated and painted it will then be reapplied. ​​
